Chocolate Chip Cookie Experiment
Introduction:
Whenever I make chocolate chip cookies lately they come out weird: super flat and burned around the edges, yet uncooked in the middle. I didn’t know whether it was me or my oven.
Methods:
- Purchased a package of pre-made chocolate chip cookie dough squares (Nestle Toll House).
- Put dough through rigorous quality check to make sure taste of batter was acceptable.
- Placed dough squares in oven according to directions (see: Nestle Toll House package).
Results:
THEY CAME OUT PERFECTLY.
Conclusions:
It’s me. I suck at baking.
