Rant.
You know that neuroscience lab technique, “patch-clamping?” It sucks.
Patching neurons under terrible illumination conditions where you’re basically blind, sucks.
Figuring out how to image calcium florescence in dendrites all by yourself, because no one else is currently doing it in the lab (or at your university for that matter), sucks.
Having crises every other week because you’re not sure whether you’ll quit or graduate first (for real), sucks.
Or maybe I’ve just been PMS-ing for the past 1.7 years.
